3. Processing Fees & Transparency
All service prices quoted on our platform are final and include standard processing fees unless otherwise stated. We believe in complete transparency; any applicable taxes or supplementary governmental charges will be clearly itemized before you complete your payment.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may charge independent transaction or transfer fees which are outside of our control.
4. Manual Payments Verification
When opting for a manual bank transfer, the timeline for service delivery begins only after the payment has been fully verified and confirmed by our financial team.
- You must provide accurate reference details and upload proof of payment via our submission portal.
- Verification typically takes between 1-3 business hours during standard operational days.
- If a payment is flagged or requires further verification, our support team will reach out directly.
5. Refund Policy
SendUs247 evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis. General guidelines for our refund policy include:
- Pre-processing Cancellation: Full refunds are available if you cancel your application before our designated team begins processing the documents or submitting them to official portals (e.g., CAC, NPF).
- Post-processing Cancellation: Once processing has commenced or submissions have been made to third-party government agencies, fees are strictly non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of these applications.
- Errors and Rejections: If your application is rejected due to errors on our end, we will remedy the application at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for rejections caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment within 5-10 business days.

Your financial security is our highest priority. All online card transactions are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. SendUs247 does not directly store, process, or retain your raw credit/debit card information on our servers.
